It's been a long-time coming with his ill-health for the last 15 years.

I don't normally comment on deaths, but this one moves me to that point. What a legend.

Definitely, but from a selfish standpoint, the world is just not as good a place without some people in it.

His wit was something to behold. It's a shame we will never see anything like him again for a litany of reasons, but that's what made him so special.

Glad he's no longer suffering, sad to see him go.

Hopefully he provides a perfect heel foil to that bland white mean babyface, Jesus.

I just saw this on FB before I heading in to work.

Honestly, kinda bittersweet about it. Obviously sad he's gone, but with the deteriorated state he was in, it seems kinder that he's passed. Imagine, the full breadth of his quick wit and sharp tongue being mostly locked away inside his wasting shell. I likened it before to a world class pianist having to amputate all their digits, robbing the world of such gifts.

So sad that another chunk of my childhood is gone from the world.

If one is so inclined to believe in the afterlife, Gino is at the gates, and Tazz Dan is getting one heck of a WWE Legends autograph session.

I'm sure we'll see an awesome video package in the coming days.....lucky enough to catch some of his career in the '80s and early '90s. Another piece of my childhood gone. So long you humanoid.
