My opinion of JBL hasn't changed but I sure don't like Ranello as much as I did before. A grown man crying about being bullied is just silly. Plus he ran from the situation which made it worse and lost him even more respect.

With stories about his medical condition, he would have just made things a lot for him mentally and in general had he gotten into a physical confrontation or shouting match with JBL. Depression and similar type mental issues shouldn't really be a thing taken lightly.

The idea that Mauro should "man up" or grown ups being "weak" if they get bullied is a really horrible mindset to have.

While it wasn't bullying related, I suffered from a pretty bad depression episode that lasted for a few years and my biggest mistake was never telling anyone about it since I felt some would just brush it off or claim I was being a "baby." Best thing for Mauro is having a really good support system that has been very helpful to him over the years whenever he suffered from bouts of depression and bipolarism.

JBL should win the Warrior Award at next year's Hall of Fame.

I would make a gag about Gertie/Destor needing to clean their keyboards now, but they're just livin' the gimmick y'know.

Plus all the heat JBL is getting seems like he's actually standing up to him, as well as being honest about his situation.

People say he is being a pussy, I say he's showing some amount of balls. Namely because he comes out, speaks out against JBL and every calls him a pussy.

According to the Observer, WWE is currently working on a non-disparagement deal with Mauro to prevent him from going public with WWE's bullying and toxic work environment once he's released.

I really want this story to go away. I really want JBL to go away.

My assumption on JBL is he is probably a total heart and soul guy, which is why he has his role in the company. However, I've played sports with guys like him. If you're "one of the boys" there's probably nobody better to be around, but if you're not, he feels the need to make you earn it, and I would surmise given all the stories, goes too far and powertrips on people.
