Definitely just a temporary thing. When he came back in the comics he had the black suit too. Although the shield was silver.....

They killed off Deadshot in the "Arrowverse" and mothballed any further Suicide Squad plans because of the movie....

I guess where they're not big names like Superman and Flash they don't want people getting them mixed up.

I have a feeling he'll be in JL and the website that said he's the Bat villain, The Wrap is wrong. In the past they swore he was in Suicide Squad as well.

Also I doubt they would be revealing Deathstroke in costume like that for a movie that isn't even in production yet.
