The actor who plays Eddie Thawn has a really good voice. He should do a lot of voice over work.

I think he legit got beat, but he is smart enough that he will play it cool and turn it to his advantage.

Also, whoa spoiler alert that Oliver is going to live through every crises we see him get into.

The end fight was great.

Confused by time travel in general.... If Barry goes back in time to save his mom and saves his mom, he never becomes The Flash until later in his life..... then makes enemies with Thawne who goes back in time and kills his mom. The younger Flash, no longer existing, is not there to save her. Thawne gets trapped back in time and creates The Flash at a younger age, who eventually goes back in time and starts the circle again....

If Thawne never exists it should mean that he never kills Barry's mom.... Barry doesn't become The Flash until later in life, but this time Thawne isn't around and no one goes back in time to kill his mom and they all live happily ever after.

But if Thawne never exists, the younger Flash and the whole timeline doesn't exist and Eddie never kills himself. If Eddie never kills himself, Eobard exists and the whole thing does happen and goes in a circle.

That's what I'm saying!!!!?!?!??!?

Maybe unraveling this mess is what the spin-off is all about, and the first episode of The Flash will have everything "normal" and they'll just say something like "Boy, I'm sure we got that resolved with the other Legends of Tomorrow! I'll tell you all the story, but not until midseason!"

No way... We will find out at the premiere.

Next question is... How much are they going to travel back to the night Barry's Mom was killed? We know it's defintely at least 1 more time in the future 2024, but will they go back again before that?

Also I think The Flash of 2024 went back in time not just to save young Barry, but to stop Barry of 2015 from saving his Mom.

Either way Tom Cavanagh needs to be back next year.

Perhaps Barry has to seek out Dr Wells to help him get his powers earlier then he was supposed to so he could go back in time to stop himself from saving his mother while dooming Wells in the process.
But yeah my theory as it sits now (haven't seen the finale yet) is this is one of those things where the Villain actually does nothing but gloat and the hero does the work for him. Or Thawne miscalculated when he manipulated Barry the last time and ended up losing everything and he hates Barry for not being the hero he needed to be to stop him.

Also, when Barry was running, noticed a few things in the images...

- Caitlyn exhibiting ice powers
- Barry in jail

And Hawkgirl was seen in the streets.

I'm pretty sure it also showed a scene from Legends of Tomorrow.

Yeah they're never gonna be able to explain all the changes in the timeline. Its just a paradox. Every single piece of media about time travel has paradox's that can't be explained. Their best bet is to not delve into it too much more and just concentrate on The Flash fighting badly CGI'd zoo animals.

Great Finale!

I'm definitely looking forward to the fall and hopefully the quality of the first season carries into the second one.

Me and my brothers were talking today and I was thinking that maybe Barry from 2024 is missing because he went back in time to stop Reverse Flash from killing him as a child and was injured the same as Reverse Flash and can't get back to his time.

I don't know, this show has so many possibilities and outcomes to play with that anything could happen. Jay Garretts helmet appearing opens up the posibillity of an Earth 2 which could be cool. Season 2 should just get better.

Rather interesting to see that Thawne seemed to have a defintite idea on who the owner of that hat was.

Hope he isn't a straight up villain... hope he gets turns out to be a hero later on....

Neato! I've actually enjoyed his acting, and I love Flash. Should be interesting. And I agree with Lock Jaw. Would be cool to see him become a hero eventually. I don't know shit about Atom Smasher though so I've got no clue if that's even possible.

He is a hero in the comic books. He becomes a kind of misguided antihero for a bit, though... Before eventually trying to redeem himself...
