My best friend got spit on by Tatanka turning heel once. It was a house show. I cant remember but one of us was wearing a Diesel glove. He slapped it. Tatanka came out and spit at us. It hit my friend. My friend marked out. He was so hyped that Tatanka spit on him. I guess Tatanka was heel at this time??? i dont know for sure.

Best I can remember (in no particular order) are Sting, Chris Benoit and Bret Hart. Can't really remember who else. Probably someone shit like Lex Luger or Crush or Tatanka (who wasn't shit). I dunno.

I was 10 in June 97. Shawn Michaels, Mankind, Sting, Undertaker and Bret.
It's kind of hard to remember. The number one is HBK though for sure. I should probably throw The Outsiders up there too but nah. |
Funny story... I was 11 when Austin beat Shawn for the belt. And of course everyone told me it was going to happen, but I couldn't let me belief in HBK go... well I cried that night. I was so upset... I was so not looking forward to Raw the next night. I just wasn't on the Austin train. Then early in the show X-Pac debuts and I had my first memorable mark out moment since Hall and Nash show up on WCW. It was different, the Outsiders showing up was a shock like WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON. But I exploded with markism when X-Pac came out. I loved that moment so much. It was like they took Shawn and gave me Sean, and I was okay with that trade.
