DC vs Brock Lesnar for the Heavyweight Title

Kind of makes WWE seem even more irrelevant.

SlickyTrickyDamon 07-08-2018 12:33 AM

Makes sense. DC had a match against another drugged up cheater. Why Not Brock?

Sepholio 07-08-2018 12:33 AM

Hope Brock smashes DCs brain in.

Ben Rodrigues 07-08-2018 12:37 AM

More excitement in that post fight two minutes than the last five years of WWE.

Ben Rodrigues 07-08-2018 12:38 AM

DC will knock Brock out.

According to Dana White Lesnar did actually enter the testing pool sometime last week, so he would be eligible to fight in December apparently.

Sepholio 07-08-2018 01:29 AM

I guess after tomorrow night we will know who the next Universal champion is.

Ben Rodrigues 07-08-2018 01:42 AM

Excellent! I'll be in Vegas for the December UFC card.

He did return to the WWE very recently.

they need to have strowman show at brocks farm and cash in take the belt on raw Monday.

Maluco 07-08-2018 06:09 AM

It really has. They are doing what WWE used to do. End of their event last night was more compelling than anything WWE do storywise.

It's ridiculous that it has gotten to this stage but , but here we are.

Volare 07-08-2018 08:14 AM

Was coming to see if yall were talking about this or not...looks like idea is the new years eve card.

RP 07-08-2018 09:03 AM

Shocker. WWE Looks even more stupid now.

RP 07-08-2018 09:05 AM

I wonder what the wrestlers backstage feel like. Brock Lesnar hasnt stepped foot in a WWE ring in like 4 months but he can step foot in a UFC octagon to accept a challenge for a fight. That must boost morale.

Simple Fan 07-08-2018 09:14 AM

Don't get how it make WWE looks stupid or irrelevant. This is great, and I hope he is still Universal Champion by the time of the fight. I don't even think DC stands a chance.

Jordan 07-08-2018 09:28 AM

Whoever can get a takedown on the other guy will win. Brock smash or DC Crush.

Not really Brock's problem.

Ol Dirty Dastard 07-08-2018 09:37 AM

D.C. will likely overwhelm Brock.

Destor 07-08-2018 09:49 AM

Having the WWE champion fight in the UFC is good for business. Dont know what this thread is supposed to be about but i promise its stupid.

That would actually be pretty awesome.

Even more so if Brock wins.

Cool King 07-08-2018 11:32 AM

Which I think he will.

Even though I don't know anything about the other guy and had never heard of him until today.

Destor 07-08-2018 11:37 AM

Smart money is on DC

Evil Vito 07-08-2018 11:53 AM

Brock's a tough bastard but I fully expect DC to roll him

And then Braun Strowman shows up with a WWE referee and the briefcase to cash in!

that would be epic

Jordan 07-08-2018 02:36 PM

You can’t count Brock out... ever. He’s just too big and strong for that not to be a viable variable in a fight. I will say that due to the height difference and since Brock is a weak standup striker that DC could scoop a takedown and if he does he could finish him just like Carwin did, imagine that he got him with a choke though... I would love that.

How he didn't double over immediately I don't know.

xrodmuc316 07-08-2018 05:50 PM

DC is a better fighter, but he faces the same issue against Brock as everybody. Brock is stronger, and his wrestling mat skills make it hard to take him down.

Brock is also a tough S.O.B. He can absorb some monster shots without getting knocked out. Opposite of a glass jaw on that guy.

Add that DC is fighting up a weight class, if Lesnar gets a takedown DC doesn't escape, just has to try and survive.

To beat Brock you have to catch him with a few big shots in a row. DC is certainly capable of that, it's just a matter of doing it without getting taken down.

Ol Dirty Dastard 07-08-2018 05:55 PM

I would say 95% chance of D.C. winning.

Carwin didn't finish Brock though. He whooped his ass in the first round but couldn't finish it. After the first round was over and Carwin didn't finish it, he was blown up almost as bad as Punk was.

Brock took him right down in the 2nd round and tapped Carwin out with an arm triangle choke.

Ol Dirty Dastard 07-08-2018 05:58 PM

Carwin is about 1/100th of the fighter that D.C. is. And that's being generous.

RP 07-08-2018 06:08 PM

100% DC wins. Lesnar is just collecting another big paycheck. Nothing to see.

I'm not quite that sure, for the reasons I said above, I think it's more like 95% that DC wins. Lesnar is too big, strong, and fast to say he has no chance though.

5% chance of freak injuries or Brock landing a donkey kong punch is what I was accounting for. If it plays out like a regular fight, and D.C. is even at 45-50% capacity, he takes the fight.
