They've apparently been selling them for a while now but I've only just noticed that WWE Shop now sell T-shirts for the "larger lady" but they call them "Curvy T-Shirts".

Fat chicks aren't curvy. They're lumpy.

I feel like I would be more inclined to wear a WWE shirt if they didn't have that huge tag in the bottom right.

Or would you go for one you think would have a lesser line and would be more grateful/less other dick contact?

Good point. Becky and Alexa's lines would probably be so long they'd have to go 2 at a time just due to time constraints.

I'm pretty sure I read someone had figured out a way to lance the tag off

I had never came across someone saying that until now and a quick search on Google shows that you're not the only one that isn't a fan of the WWE tag.

What do you not like about it?

I don't understand why someone wouldn't like a WWE tag being on a WWE shirt. :-\

There has been "little gems" in the division since, like Beth Phoenix for example but those "little gems" were around in a division that was overall, pretty bad for various reasons.

I've said this before but to me, I think the best period for the Women's Division was 2002-2006.

I 100% agree.

Fignuts 07-23-2018 04:41 PM

Not like that shirt is any less embarrassing without the tag.

Feel their terrible designs in general or the need for every shirt to have something going on in the back is a bigger issue. Like those two Bliss shirts Cool King posted would be better without the Bliss text in the back.

Gerard 07-23-2018 07:02 PM

Speaking of the women's division, what's the story with rousey? They seem to be using her in tv match terms incredibly sparingly to say the least. Do they not think she's ready for being put in matches on a consistent basis, or is her (rumoured 1 year contract) like Lesnar's and she only has x amount of appearance dates?

Emperor Smeat 07-23-2018 07:15 PM

A mix of them not wanting to rush her in-ring work and lying from the start about her being a full time wrestler.

She's both their biggest mainstream star right now and a big reason why their new tv deals were massive. Last thing WWE wants is to piss off NBC and/or FOX before the new tv deals start by giving her the same star attrition booking almost everyone else gets on the main roster.

Innovator 07-23-2018 08:21 PM

If you use Ronda like every other female wrestler, she becomes just another wrestler

NXT filters into main roster WWE. I find it hard to invest in their television when I know the end-game and it's becoming a trope cycle. Impact Wrestling is TNA. I saw a clip out of curiosity recently -- Eddie Edwards and Sami Callihan were fighting over a score. ROH has felt very cold to me lately. Nothing against them, but nothing really for them either. Lucha Underground is ridiculous. I haven't watched MLW yet. New Japan are people I am actively rooting for, but I'm worried about taking that big dive, because I've disliked things I've seen, and that might be my last bridge to modern wrestling. I might just catch clips of things I know I'll like.

Mr. Nerfect 07-24-2018 02:41 AM

A big problem for me is that a lot of the stuff I don't like is really en vogue like now. The styles between the products is really not that different.

For anyone asking if there's ever been an all-men's PPV, here's every WWE PPV that WWE has on the network without a women's match

If at least one woman wrestles on the card as an official participant in a match, then that ppv is excluded from this list. I'm even going to be generous and count it if a match was on Heat or the preshow.

Impact Wrestling is not TNA. Don Callis and Scott D'Amore have done a great job turning the company around. Slammiversary proved that and TNA is dead, this is iMPACT!

Just thinking... I've never been one to hate on Roman's in ring work, he's one of the top main event guys they've had as far as quality of match goes. Imagine that dickhead heel HBK circa 97 vs Roman Reigns... that would be incredible.

WrestleMania V was a trip b/c Sherri Martel and Rockin' Robin appeared at the event, though in non-wrestling roles.

Nope. It's fueled by months of projecting and making up whatever narrative you want. Which is normal, it's just annoying that you call others out on it yet can't keep your own house in line.

I'm really coming around to your line of thinking, Gerty. I used to think it was a philosophical problem with what WWE is, but I'm thinking more and more that it is the direction of the entire industry. Really want something to prove me wrong. Dale will say I don't, but I really do. I'm hungry for something new that makes me feel nostalgic.

#1-norm-fan 07-24-2018 04:51 PM

Impact has a long way to go to shed itself of the TNA stink. One PPV that no one watched isn't gonna do the trick.
