Big Cass possibly needs ACL surgery

Big Cass is out w/ injury -- sounds like he might need ACL surgery per Mike Johnson at PWInsider. He is currently on crutches they are also reporting.

Ol Dirty Dastard 05-23-2018 06:11 PM

lol fucking Meltzer saying it was a work (or something)

Also... while I wish him well, I'm happy he's off T.V.

slik 05-23-2018 06:12 PM

Maybe this will end up determining who is more legit, Meltz vs MJohnson

mike adamle 05-23-2018 06:17 PM

Hopefully this will lead to his retirement

He's no Akeem.

ClockShot 05-23-2018 06:21 PM

Same knee, or the other one this time?

I wonder if they'll try to buy him out and cut him loose or something.

Destor 05-23-2018 06:47 PM

This will be it for him. They wont push him after this

Destor 05-23-2018 06:47 PM

(Assuming its not a work i dont watch the product)

KIRA 05-23-2018 07:06 PM

Damn he was back for Life what a week pretty sure that's not going to sit well with the management it looks like he's too injury-prone
Unless this is a work but I don't see what he would gain from trying to work people backstage

First one was total fluke that happened on television.

Not exactly sure what happened this time.

Doubt it's a work.

Emperor Smeat 05-23-2018 09:54 PM

Cass has the weirdest luck. Faked an injury the day before and then got hit with a real one afterwards.

Either that or the first one was actually legit and someone (Cass or WWE medical) messed up big time by letting him wrestle the next night.

Droford 05-23-2018 09:57 PM

My name is Big Cass, and Im injury prone, and you cant teach that

Vastardikai 05-23-2018 11:46 PM

There's a number of things he could do a la Kevin Nash. Like wear actual tights and a singlet to cover up his shitty frame. Or be charismatic and Entertaining.

All he could manage was be really tall and have fucked up knees. What a shame.

Simple Fan 05-24-2018 12:27 AM

Big Glass

Danny Electric 05-24-2018 05:20 AM

Future TNA tag Champ with Enzo.

Hey Nash had a good frame.

Mr. Nerfect 05-24-2018 09:21 AM

I don't wish two ACL surgeries on anyone, but I do hope that he is done now. He is an awful wrestler. I wish him a good quality of life without PPA Care.

I would say that there would be no point to this being a work, but they did have Big Cass fake his own injuries before for some reason, so...

xrodmuc316 05-24-2018 11:13 AM

I'm thinking this is a work. Even the cancelled Cass vs Joe match seems like a match that wasn't destined to happen, just be announced. WWE rarely goes heel vs heel, and when they do it's usually 2 heels the fans like, i.e. K.O. and Sami having to fight for a job on Raw.

Minus injury time, Cass has been a boring heel for a total of 3 months, he certainly isnt at the level of Samoa Joe.

Gerard 05-24-2018 02:15 PM

Big Generic.

Evil Vito 05-24-2018 02:17 PM

He never worked as anything more than a big dude to get the hot tag and clean house. No interest in watching him work proper matches.

TNA resurrecting from the dead? That's a bold prediction right there.

erickman 05-25-2018 01:23 PM

I was kind of liking his return at smackdown, he will never get a big push again.

Future, TNA... haha... how do they keep having a future :|

I'm not a fan of Big Cass, I feel bad for him but as a fan I don't want to watch him and especially listen to him.

They don't. It's Impact now.

Cool King 05-25-2018 03:25 PM

DAMN iNATOR doing his best STD impression there.

Wait til the next time they switch channels it will go back to TNA.

KIRA 05-25-2018 04:50 PM

So Big Cass comes back from injury

Manages to cut a so so promo

Has one match with Daniel Bryan

Pisses off management

And then goes and gets injured all over again and won't be back for a year

"Can you believe big Colin Cassidy is in the Impact Zone" immediate world champion

Cool King 05-26-2018 07:20 AM

I've just realised that Cass' theme just happens to be called "Karma".

Ol Dirty Dastard 05-26-2018 08:55 AM

Thank god that jobber fucked up with management and then got injured because he would have killed all of Bryan's momentum otherwise.

Shadrick 05-26-2018 09:51 AM

I was going to make a crack about him being a Trump supporter, but the more I thought about it, the more of a stretch I thought it would be. So I hope he gets better soon.

Ol Dirty Dastard 05-26-2018 09:54 AM

He possesses the man boobs I associate with most Trump supporters.

Ol Dirty Dastard 05-26-2018 09:56 AM

including the women.

What did Cass do to upset management?

slik 05-26-2018 01:46 PM

He wasn't supposed to beat up the wrestler who played 'lil daniel bryan' a few weeks back and he 'went into business for himself' and it made Vince furious backstage supposedly.

He disappeared from tv for two weeks after that and then lost clean upon returning so it sounds plausible tbh.
