My vote for edge isnt so much "edge is great" as its "sting wasnt worth what they sold him as"

he had a dope match with DDP that is one of the best tv matches I've ever seen.

Sting had about 5 matches that werent completely forgettable. Those 5 matches were classics tho.

So when I opened this thread and saw the competitors I knew this would be a good one and by the replies it has lived up to the back and forth in my head. This is definitely debatable on many levels but in the end I am going with Sting. Both had great careers but for me Sting takes it. Sting edges it out because overall he eeks it out as a true main eventers.

This was a tough one, but i went with Edge.
I have seen Edge's work from E & C, The Hair vs Hair Match with Angle, Edge's First main event fued with Cena and then Undertaker. Sting had Great matches but I had to go with Edge just due to Familiarity. |
