Truthfully I don't find her all that appealing either. I mean she's got a great body, but her face is just kinda... odd. And a pretty face is sorta a big deal to me. Of course everything I've seen of her makes her seem like an awesome person so it all kinda evens out. :p

She's not "over the hill" just yet, but she's getting close. If she was ready out the box right now then, yeah, you could use her for a good 4, 5, maybe even 6 years, but she's not. With how little she's improved in what, two years of training? She's basically going to need years more practice under her belt. By the time she's ready she'd be nearing 35. On average that's about the age Divas start hanging it up. You can't compare the guys to the girls here, man. Divas don't last long in WWE.

And, yeah, they're entitled to giving her a shot, but why bother at all? No one seems capable of answering that question. What makes her worth the time and effort? Please explain this mentality to me so I can understand it. I just can't understand why people don't think it's odd for a company to throw away money on something that hasn't shown any real promise at all.

I do agree that she could make a decent non-wrestling personality though. You're right that she's got major heat. Although that heat isn't really heel heat and more just "fucking go away" heat. Still she could use that to help a heel wrestler get over, or something of that magnitude. Although anything she does should probably be kept to a minimum in the talking department too as she's really not that great there either. Use her for what she's good for, eye candy.

I know, right? If she ever turns face I demand they let some of that shine through. Don't totally drop the BOSS gimmick, but at least let her show some of her quirkier side, and try to connect with the fans. Not that she should turn face any time soon. Heel Sasha is just amazing on every level.

Whatever they saw in her, they saw some form of raw talent. Think of an amateur baseball or basketball player who scouts try to project based on a skill set they have now and being able to build on it. Here's a guy who throws 100 but has no control. Maybe that can be fixed with the right coaching. Here's a kid who can jump out of the gym but has no jump shot. Maybe that could be fixed. Here's this chick who had a good look and garners massive heel heat just by showing her face but sucks in-ring. Maybe that can be fixed. Maybe not. Worth the investment if she can put enough of it together.

Problem with that analogy is that she didn't get that heat until she started showing her inability to wrestle. In fact they originally booked her as a face. That logic doesn't hold water at all, man. All she had going for her on day one was literally just her look. A look that everyone blows out of proportion. She's not any hotter than the massive number of other ex-models turned Divas that WWE has shelled out. There wasn't anything special about her at all except the Ronald McDonald hair.

All those matches were taped months ago before his contract expired. I don't think he's even the only guy in the tournament that doesn't work there anymore. James Storm is probably in there too.

TNA should have explored taping in a gym with green screens to CGI a crowd in afterwards.

With Eve Marie, I thought one thing they could do to capitalise on the heat she's got amongst the fans would be for the Authority to back her as 'the face of the Diva's Revolution' ala Randy Orton over Daniel Bryan, where the Authority act to ensure that she wins and keeps the Diva's title sort of in the way Stephanie was assisted to hold the Woman's title back in the day.

Then I realised, not only would it fly right in the face of the idea of what the Diva's Revolution should be about but that this wouldn't result so much in heat as it would 2015 Royal Rumble style anger and ultimately even more of a feeling amongst the audience that the WWE doesn't care about what they want.

Eva Marie could be a HUGE star for the company, just based on her heat alone. If she manages to come together as a performer, that is. Damian is right -- it's not her fault she's been exposed early. And it's not like her matches have been massive abortions either. They're just not good.

They should have used the Jimmy Havoc template for her. Have her work as a babyface out the gate, and the fans would be booing her anyway. They have her lose all her matches, until she turns heel and basically starts running the place.
