According to the Observer, WWE currently planning on letting the Hardys use the Broken gimmick once they make their official return.
Currently speculated the WWE isn't worried about any potential legal backlash from Impact and Hardys have a strong case of ownership to be able to counter a lawsuit or legal threats from Impact once they return. |
Now will Matt have free range with the gimmick is the question? I'm sure he won't have the freedom he had in TNA but I don't want to see WWE get a hold of it and ruin it.
