I was just watching the second episode after the break and shouldn't Abraham totally get infected? That Sascha bitch was stabbing zombies and then slashed him with the same knife.

Yeah Abraham being cut with a knife just after it was covered in zombie goo would make you think he's "infected" but maybe it doesn't work like that since they're all infected so then the cannibals would have been okay after eating Bob's leg if they weren't killed. Also the dogs the group ate were probably infected since they had probably eaten a little zombie flesh at least once since they'd be starving from lack of food.
