Skipped 16 but looks same as always, but hopefully there are at least some core gameplay changes since 15. Could be the first year i actually use the women characters.

No, not at all. It's like Madden Player Mode or NBA2k. You win matches and get points to spend on attributes to make your wrestler better.

So like.. I dont work myself through story lines to eventually get a titleshot and stuff?

They go by the Power Rankings. So if you are at 10 and you beat 9 you'll be in the 9th spot the next week.

Sooo like, i dont get booked in matches and eventually have CPU's call me out for matches and eventually get booked for title shots and stuff?

Got rid of Showcase? THANK YOU ! it was fun as a one-shot nostolgia deal IMO the appeal wears thin really,really quickly.

When i played Wrestlemania 2000, i would win a few and then it would cut to a scene where someone walks out and cuts a promo on me and so on and I would beat them in whatever match at whatever ppv and this would happen more and more until i won some titles. ANd then i would defend them

If this game isnt like that somehow, i dont want it. Which is why i ask.

Lots of really cool shit in creation. Really happy about being able to add seperate textures to logos. Thats something I've wanted for a while.

Goldberg's entrance Pyro looks fucking anemic, meant to pretty much cover him not just barely sprinkle into the shot ffs. :roll::wtf: Timing of it is pretty bad as well, he stands around for far too long after the shit pyro shower finishes. Even the watered down wwe version of his entrance looks better than that shit and that's saying something.

Did they get rid of that shit submission mechanic from 2k16?

As for those images, take them with a pinch of salt, the usual video-game "bullshot" mechanic where they render an image at a far higher res then downsize it to game resolution.

For future reference, you can simply put the unique 11-digit code of any YT vid that doesn't have embedding disabled by the uploader between "yt" and "/yt" (with the usual open and closed brackets around both, of course) tags. Don't know how long that's been a thing on the boards but I remember reading Triple A saying that, I think in 100K in casual.
