Think its been the case with most Smackdown exclusive ppvs since the new brand split. They've done a better job building their ppvs but RAW had more that felt or flowed better.

It honestly hasn't been very good. I didn't have a lot of expectations for it but it really hasn't surpassed low expectations. It's been kind of boring overall, outside of a few matches.
