Fallout 3 comes with the XB1 version AND mods are on the XB1 version. Every mod on the PC version can be transferred.

Anyone playing Fallout Shelter btw?
It's pretty fun but I find it annoying/difficult to do some of the touchscreen stuff (I'm on an iPhone 5). The notifications whenever YOUR RESOURCES ARE READY are annoying though, may need to turn them off. Had to lol pretty hard when at one point my vault of ~18 people consisted of 6 pregnant chicks working the diner and the MEN working the power/water and exploring |

According to Bethesda, the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game will have its graphics "dialed back a bit" compared to the PC version in order for it to have the same content and gameplay options be possible.
