I haven't come close to losing a Road To Glory always playing 5-point matches and I am half-way through Brie..... I need to make it to Legendary to get a Legendary card as I cannot get one through KOTR apparently....

The peoples champions were the same initially, levelling u my cards nicely as I go doing this though so its a bonus.

Got my Epic Brie and now slowly working on Rowan. The difficulty has been ramped up now and lost a couple of 5 pointers and drawn loads of them. Only having single epic cards is killing me, thankfully my disastrous KOTR is finishing soon so will play around with my selection to hopefully get some more epic cards that I can get some epic pros.

When i realized tge the ur cena wasnt combinable with the one i had i dumped it. Got my ass handed to me in bouts for the Brie card so I quit the RTG. Worthless mode really

It's good for boosting cards, but the rewards aren't great. Need 100 points to get Legendary Rowan, hopefully I'll manage that before the game is up.

I never really gave it much attention till yesterday, regretting that a bit now because if I'd tried I coulda got the 3 Stings I think.

Getting to Sting would have taken a real solid 20 card deck plus playing constantly and either paying for title matches or getting lucky on the draw. I only drew 2 title matches and it took me 3 days to get through Cena. My deck was also pretty lousy.

Lousy deck means you play people with similar decks.

iwas stuck with super rare cards that I couldn't level up enough and on the Brie card they all had maxed out Sr cards

also I'm calling Austin winning the people's champion but it might depend on who the lower cards are

Got Rowan and with just over an hour ago I've given up on getting Sting. I've been playing around with my deck and handicapped myself much like you do with PC,s and the matches were easier, I won a number of 5 point matches this way, whereas before I was struggling when nearing the 155 mark for Rowan. Didn't think that would work with this mode but will know for next time.

Got Rowan and 2/3 of first Sting, but not enough time... Could have gotten him if I played more than just at night the first day... Like the concept overall, need a few more Legendary and Survivor cards... My 8 Epic pros were not quite good enough once I got to the higher levels....

Some things I noticed about the new mode:

Even if you have to drop down a level, it's worth it overall to get as many cards as possible to either "blue" or "yellow". That +10% or no change versus -5% is HUGE when you have little control over which cards come out each deal. After 5 or 6 games at the 3-point level where I completely dominated, I bumped up to the 5-point and still never lost a match (Granted, I didn't get to play as much as I would have liked and only made it into the UR level, but I feel this is still the way to go as long as possible to get through those early levels quickly).

Using a support card that gives your deck a + (such as Paul Bearer) counts for the duration of the matchup, not just the "current" 4 cards.

Yeah, I have an Epic Paul Heyman which came in handy for this mode, never really valued them before.

Ran outta time, wish I'd put a bit more time in initially but I'll know for next time, gonna try for a few extra divas cards because I can't see everyone using common cards as their extra 2 the next time.

PC pre-game is up, will probably go with Austin for this one.

Curious to see who is going to win, I'm with Austin simply because I already have an Epic Pro Rock.....

Picking sides doesn't really matter one person wont make a difference unless they are a hacker.

Every time I try and cycle through the categories to train a card, the game closes once I go from combinable to none.....

Seem to be struggling this PC. Everyone I go against seems to have both Epic Pro's Cena's and Ryback's, got no chance.

I'm feeling the opposite, I'm winning more 3 & 5 point matches this PC than the others before.... deck is exactly the same, just getting lucky on people I am facing.... I usually pick people with records around 5000-1000 as I can generally beat them.....

Something is definitely up with the rankings this time round, just getting absolutely hammered in pretty much every 5 and 3 point match.

What doesn't make sense is that when I'm using a proper deck (Legendary Booker T, Legendary Harper, Epic Pro Ryback, UR Pro Henry, Epic Stephanie) I'm getting beaten virtually every match. When I mess around with my deck and drop down levels, I'm still getting beaten by decks that have legendary and epic pros in them. Surely if I drop down to epic or below the other decks shouldn't have all these higher cards in them?

An example of this is a went down to Epic +, my deck was Epic Flair, Epic Big Show, UR Pro Rusev, UR Pro Henry, Epic Stephanie, all maxed. Played a number of matches using this deck and the first match I had was against Legendary Eddie, Legendary Harper, Epic Pro Cena and Epic Pro Brie, all maxed. Second match, Legendary Booker T, Legendary Brock, Epic Pro Brock, Epic Pro Edge and Epic Natalya, again all maxed.

Surely those sorts of cards shouldn't be at Epic + level.

Either way, this PC is fucked up for me, currently sitting around 35k with no motivation to continue.

New Road to Glory starts Thursday, the big prizes are Ric Flair and Roman Reigns.

seems like they plan on alternating between PC & RTG.... great way to get people to keep playing, will work on me....

Finished up getting the two Epic Rock's. Already had one maxed so will be quicker to get it pro'd and maxed. Won my first KOTR in a long time, had to drop down to mid Epic but got the job done after an intense final against much better cards.

Working towards the next RTG now, hopefully I'll pick up the Legendary Natalya on offer.

I got 2 Rock's as well and already have an Epic Pro, so they'll be trained and in the next Road To Glory..... I am hoping for a Legendary Natalya as well to fill out my Divas in RTG alongside Epic Pro's AJ & Brie and Legendary AJ.....

Will probably never use the credits seeing as you can't get much for them, nice gesture though.

Wish I had read this before. I would have just used my 300 on the regular picks. "based on my level" my ass.

Wish I'd kept my 300 to buy 30 title matches, blew it on shitty cards instead.

Used my 300 for 30 title matches, won every single one of them and now 10 away from Legendary Natalya.....

Using the credits on title matches, will save them for later when the matches get more difficult.

Pretty much given up on getting the epic Macho Man...deck is not strong enough. Just playing for extra picks now.

Finally made it to UR+ and have a nicely upgraded deck, including my now active UR Ultimate Warrior (17/30), a recently PRO'd SR "Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase (10/30) and a SR Taunt support card that allows me to inflict -11 to TGH & CHA.

I'd sum this up more succinctly with a simple screenshot, but I'm at the local mall and they have "photo sharing" (I use TinyPic) sites blocked...

I had hopes of getting my first legendary card in flair, but cannot compete.... Just playing for the 3 cards for a loss now....

I was on track to get at least the first Survivor card till the missus dragged me out all day yesterday, not even halfway through the legendary Natalya now.

i've spent the last few days in the hospital as my dad recovers from surgery, and thought i'd get this to spend some time. it seems like every time i win a round in the road to glory there's a network error and it doesn't count :mad:
